We decided to deviate from the rules, at the same time simplifying your life. The fact that French meat, the recipe of which, instead of the traditional pork meat includes chicken, is cooked faster and easier than a similar dish with pork.

But this dish is low-fat, low-calorie, tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken fillet,
  • 200 g hard cheese,
  • 200 g mushrooms,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • a small bunch of greens,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 50 g of mayonnaise,
  • 50 g of sour cream,
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • 1 teaspoon mustard,
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Chicken fillet wash and cut longitudinally into several parts, portion. Cover fillets with cling film and hit. Salt, pepper, brush with mustard.
  2. Mushrooms wash and cut into small cubes. Onion cut into half rings. Fry mushrooms in hot oil for 5-7 minutes. Then add the mushrooms to the onion and Ogareva, stirring, until Golden brown.
  3. Tomatoes cut into slices. Grind the herbs. Garlic pass through the frog. Cheese RUB on a coarse grater. Mix cheese, garlic, herbs, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  4. Put chicken on a greased baking sheet. Put fillet on roasted mushrooms with onions and slices of tomato. Brush the sauce on top.
  5. Send French meat in a preheated 180Β°C oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve French meat hot with potato side dish or as a main course with salad and greens.
